even tho he wasnt my real dad dave brought me up since i was 2 and was a amazing dad,husband,grandad, brother in law, son and son in law and will be missed by many. he wasnt suffering from a illness but got taken into hospital on the 16th august 2009 with breathin problems, he was fine when my mum left him gave him a kiss goodbye and told him she loved him at 7pm and by 7 minutes past 7pm he had passed away. i personally think it was a failure by the nhs i dont think they did as much as they could of done. life will never be the same for any of us without dave we will all miss him terribly. love you xxxx
Dave was a loving husband,dad and grandad, i miss him so much it really does hurt. Dave was my life we did everything together,he doted on his children and grandchildren. he was took away so suddenly we didnt even say goodbye properly because i thought i would see him the next day when i visited him in hospital.He wasnt really poorly doctors thought it was his asthma playing up they were so wrong he died from a blood clot apparently he wouldnt have known anything about it, god i hope not because he was all on his own. its nearly 8 months since he went and things havent got any easier and i dont think they ever will! The love i felt for him hasnt gone it never will,i try and carry on everyday for the kids but it is a struggle sometimes i dont want to get up in a morning,i know iv got to to get my son to school,people have been great and mean well but they just arent Dave my loving doting husband!!!

All my love goes to daves family, they say times a good healer i lost my brother suddenly 3 years ago then my little baby 2 years ago all i can say to every one is be strong there not gone forever
